Morgan Service Solutions (MSS) started from humble beginnings by an ambition educated family run business out of a small basement office in southern Maryland.
Our portfolio extends beyond janitorial, hospitality, and food service since starting 2009, we haven’t lost touch with our core principles and values. We believe that it’s important to be honest and courteous to people, which is why we continue to refer to our integral values of respect, responsibility, accountability, excellence, honesty, and innovation.
MSS stands for far more than just service. We’re about developing relationships and partnerships with our clients and working with them to find solutions to their problems.

At MSS, we’re committed to providing the highest quality of residential and commercial cleaning available by exceeding the expectations of our clients while remaining conscious of the environmental changes and needs of society. It is our wish to create and maintain a culture which promotes positive, prosperous, and enjoyable behavior which translates to exceptional work ethics and performance. The value on the human aspect of our brand is unlimited and we base our success on our ability to see our clients, not as numbers, or as jobs, but as people.
Best Practice: We’re happy to be judged on our performance so we can maintain the highest level of accreditation certification. Our goal is to lead by example and maintain the best practices and highest standards in the market.
Operational Excellence: We understand the challenges to maintain consistent quality. Therefore, we have developed an operations excellence model to ensure, be it a cleaning service person or a customer service manager, our people understand their roles and responsibilities across a multi-layered service structure to mitigate risk, ensure quality and always provide peace of mind.
